Hi, my name’s Mario Calandrelli and I’m a professional online session drummer. From my studio, I remotely record great sounding custom drum tracks for bands, artists and producers all over the world. No project is too small and I’ve drummed for a huge variety of people, playing many styles. I know you’ve worked really hard on your songs and can’t wait for the world to hear them, so I want to support you and give you the best possible custom drum tracks for your music.
Working with me as a remote session drummer gives you the freedom to choose what you want from your music. I always listen to your vision and ensure you get exactly what you need from the drum tracks. In addition, remote drum recording saves lots of time and money. It’s not just great sounding custom drum tracks that I can bring to your songs, but also my musical experience that comes from my years of composing music, studio drum recording and touring with many different bands and solo artists.
I’ve played everything from rock to pop, from folk and punk rock to prog. With all this in my arsenal, I understand what drums are needed to make a song sound great and really shine. This means listening carefully to what you want, understanding the style and playing musically for the song; not trying to show off and stick drum chops over everything. I will always discuss what you need and work with your vision.
You might want me to put my own take on the drum track, or you might have programmed drums that need a real drummer with a human touch. Sometimes people like to reference one of their favourite bands and ask for something in that style. There’s endless possibilities, so just let me know what you’d like and we’ll work together to achieve it.
